10th Anniversary
When I look at the calendar I still find it hard to believe that A Gift of Poetry has been online ten years!! Yes, it's true, I started this site back in 1998. In those halcyon days it was called "Weddings, Parties - Anything!" (I eventually changed the name to A Gift of Poetry in August 2000). I am proud to report that I have been online and offering this unique service ever since (apart from a short break due to personal reasons). Talking of personal reasons, I thought it might be interesting to share some of my personal favorites. To be honest, those favorites are being added to each and every week, so this list will keep on changing over time (with no sign of an early retirement). For example, I have recently updated a story that started, well, at least for me, back in 1999. That moving story can be found here: Footprints Still. As for all the others, I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them. Here they are. All the very best, Allen
