HOW TO ORDER

This was written with the help of my long suffering wife on a car trip to Sydney to attend one of those compulsory Xmas work functions. The poem writing and the seafood buffet were the highlights.
 

I dislike…
 
A nagging wife,
A shortening life.
 
Speeding tickets,
England's wickets.
 
Litter bugs,
Plastic mugs.
 
Warm beer,
A child's tear.
 
Racist pigs,
Obvious wigs.
 
A liar, a cheat,
Admitting defeat.
 
Turnips and swede,
Drugs like speed.
 
Xmas time,
A desperate rhyme.
 
Peak hour traffic,
Movies too graphic.
 
Being untrue,
Having to queue.
 
Drunken drivers,
Dole bludging skivers.
 
A dirty nappy,
Being unhappy.
 
Reformed smokers,
(Bleeding no hopers).
 
Being so fat,
Not getting a bat.
 
Rainy days,
School plays.
 
Spiders and snakes,
Missing the breaks.
 
Breath that's bad,
Being had.
 
Being sea sick,
Coming too quick.
 
Drug dealers,
Car stealers.
 
Some lines that I've penned,
And poems with no end.
