Q4: Why do you want the poem written ?
A4: A surprise for Valentine's day. He is always able to surprise me and I would like to do something special for him.

Q5: What are the key messages you would like the poem to send ?
A5: I am so lucky to have his love, he makes me smile from the inside out. He was persistent and wouldn't take no as an answer from me, hence our relationship never would have happened if he let me walk away. He loves me without reservation and with all that he has. He never says I remember anything, I do (listed below) and always will. I will love him always and excited for all that lies ahead, our wedding, children etc.

Q6: Do you have any funny, sad, happy, embarrassing or otherwise memorable moments that you would like to share ?
A6: Embarrassing: No other way to say it then to say, I got drunk and I threw up all over his pants one night and wouldn't let him even leave for a second to go to the bathroom. He slept with me all night in the truck until I felt better, holding my hand and covered me with his jacket while he froze. Needless to say he never wore those pants again and teases me all the time.
Memories: Newport, Rhode Island sealed our relationship forever. Everynight at 3am I woke him up.
Memories: The night we met at Lily Flannigan's, and danced.
Memories: Picking him up from the Purple Frog and watching him drool while he sat on a stool in Fibber McGee's at 4am.
Memories: The countless days that he sent me cards, flowers, bears, candles, bath petals, jewelery and brought a smile to my face.

Q7: Do you have any other comments or thoughts ?
A7: Words could never express how blessed I feel to have found him, I want him always to feel secure. I will always be by his side for everything. Each day I think of how lucky I am.

And you send me so many nice things,

cards, flowers, candles, petals for the bath,

they've all brought a smile to my face,

and some even made me laugh !

And the night that I ruined your pants,

should have been a test that I chose,

because if you didn't really love me,

you wouldn't have sat there and froze.

And wonderful Rhode Island

became the source of our eternal flame,

I don't know who it's named after,

but then again, what's in a name?

I love you now and always will,

and I'm excited about what lies ahead,

I'm looking forward to our children,

and their hopes and dreams not yet said.

And words simply cannot express,

how I feel to have found you,

it's so nice to love someone this much,

and have them love you that much too.

In fact, I must have been blessed,

by the angels up above,

because I feel so lucky,

so lucky to have your love.

I love it, it's perfect! I wrote something in response to how the poem made

Instead it was something you gave effortlessly...
