The poem is for my husband...He has been there through some very trying times...he has been my rock, my love my life...he is the every breath I take...my every thought before I sleep and my first thought when I awake...I want to thank him and let him know just how much this means to me...his every touch, every smile, encouraging word...to tell you the truth there is so much about him I don't really know how to put it into words...can you help please...

 To The Man In My Life
 
Too often I can not find the words
that my heart speaks every day;
Knowing that you're my partner in life
means much more then I can say.
You're who I dream of when I'm sleeping
you're my first thought when I awake;
You've become so much a part of me,
you're every breath that I take.
To know that you're there when times are tough
has always gotten me through;
I just needed to tell you once again
how very much I love you.
You are my all, John, my everything,
that fills me with happiness
Your loving words and encouragement
bring me my greatest success.
With your special smile and gentle touch
there's nothing I can't do;
I wanted to tell you how I feel
and find a way to thank you.
