A Friend Is Someone
A friend is someone,
who laughs with you when you're sad,
and who will let you know,
when your hair looks really bad !
A friend is someone,
who you holiday with and still remain
friends,
and who knows where your story began,
and where your dreaming ends.
A friend is someone,
is someone who stays in town,
when the others have left,
and when the chips are down.
A friend is someone,
who forgets when you've been a fool,
and who knows that sometimes,
you have to be kind, not cruel.
A friend is someone,
who simply pulls you through,
and my dearest, dearest
friend,
that someone is you !
