something precious, treasured, that sort of thing,
because you’ve been the golden light in my life,
yes, you are the golden gold in this wedding ring.
every day, because of you, I want to be better,
and just to prove that point, you’ve nagged me,
so, here it is, your very own, love letter.
in truth, I love you with all my heart and soul,
for with you in my life, I am complete, yes,
you’re the one that makes me completely whole.
you’re a wonderful mother and my very best friend,
and I want to thank for a truly wonderful 28 years,
and I’m just so glad that our story is not at it’s end.
we left a loving home and our families behind,
it’s certainly been the hardest thing we’ve endured,
but struggle makes you stronger, that’s what they find.
as I know you’ve always wanted a letter of love,
I just know that I’ve been blessed to have shared you,
